Humid Hilly Run

Okay, so fall has begun, yet it's still feel like summer!  The humidity was up to 97 and was counting my blessings for the cloudy skies throughout my 18 mile run today.  I did have to walk twice due to GI issues, but was able to finish at a slow pace.  Lot's of people out at Trinity Trails and decided to run some hills over by TCU.  I like the hills over there and it's a nice run all over my alma mater.  I ran into a race at TCU too, but not sure what it was for.

That was a tough 18 mile ๐Ÿƒ‍ hill run through TCU, but thankful for the clouds. Watch out for this local artist ๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐ŸŽจ who is making Trinity Trials beautiful! I asked him if he’s the famous artist making these trails beautiful to run on? He just smiled and said, “well not yet.” I told him well, you will be one day and thank you for making my long runs nice to look at!

Did you know??? Lynda Carter, is, in fact, half-Mexican (her mother was Juanita Cordova from Chihuahua, Mexico). I HAD NO IDEA!! Hmmmm...maybe that’s why when I wear my Wonder Woman running gear I feel powerful and unstoppable!  #beyourownwonderwoman#latinapower
