Proper Running Form

Proper Running Form - this has helped me run properly.

It was hard to run my scheduled 8 miles today since it is Christmas Day, but was able to sleep in late, enjoy my family and run an early evening run. I ate more than usual as always this time of year, so it felt necessary to get my run in.  I may not feel like running some days, but I always feel better when I finish and remember why I run. Self discipline, dedication and my goal is what I keep in mind always! Merry Christmas everyone!!
