Exhausted!

Today I ran half a marathon (13.1 miles) on my own and boy did I hurt!  I know what I did wrong.  My husband and I took our boys to the horse races last night and had a good time.  The only problem is that we ate crappy food there and stayed up late.  Well, I felt it today on my run.  I started to cramp on my right hamstring and woke up in a hurry that I forgot to eat breakfast before running.  Needless to say, I am super sore for not stretching properly and just exhausted today.  Lesson learned!!
