Finally a Double Digit Run

I finally ran my long distance run in double digits yesterday since my tendinitis injury.  I ran 12 miles in 1:47:02 at an 8:55 pace per mile.  I started out really slow because I was scared of the pain coming back. Once I hit six miles and felt no pain in foot I decided to pick up my pace.  My right hamstring felt a little tight, but no pain in foot!  It was a good run and felt so happy to finally get back to running long distance again!  I'll go see Kelley (my PT) tomorrow and hope to start running four times a week, but I will do what they tell me to do. I just remember Boston is my focus.
