I started feeling my right tendinitis start to hurt again when running on trendmill. I just got back from hiking and trail runs in NM and realized it's time to get rid of my Boston marathon shoes. You know it's time for new shoes when you have ran 300-600 miles on them or you can fold your shoe like this:
Or when you realize you have a hole in your shoe from over pronating like this:

I got new shoes yesterday too! I think the trail runs in Colorado finally did them in. I'm trying out a brand I've never ran with before-Aasic Gel Kayano 20. They're suppose to be good for overpronation. First run with them today and no pain. :)
