Physical Therapy Again

I went to my sports physical therapist first thing Monday morning and it looks like I just have an inflammed Achilles' tendon.  The good news is that she thinks I have time to heal in time for the marathon I just have to follow her instructions.  So, I have to ice, take meds every 4-6 hours for this week and do some stretches.  She also gave me a heel insert to put in my running shoe for when I run.  I ran 4 miles yesterday (first time since Sat.) on the treadmill easy and it still feels bruised and tender.  She said for me to take off today from any exercise to give it more time to heal and run again on  Thursday, easy. I went to teach cycle last night and did 5 min. walking fast on treadmill and afterwards felt okay.  I woke up today and it feels a lot better. I'm still nervous about running the marathon.
