Happy Holidays

This is the time of year we all tend to eat more and not all that healthy too. One thing I try to do is always serve my plate with something healthy and eat that first. That way I get full faster and eat less of the not so good for me stuff. I also make sure to keep up with my workout schedule and always feel much better when I'm done! So, it's okay to have cheat days and enjoy, but if you follow these tips you don't feel guilty. Spending time with family and friends is the best part of the holidays for me.
