Happy National Running Day!

Today is a day that runners from all over the nation go out and celebrate what they are passionate about..running! It's been going on since 2009 on the first Wednesday in June. So, of course in honor of this, I created my own event to invite friends to celebrate this day with me. It was a short notice, and some couldn't make it due to their busy schedules. However, by the power of social media they ran! Some ran super early in the morning before heading to work, others ran after work. My friend Brian was working at the fireball and ran in circles for 2 blocks to get his 5 miles. Talk about dedication!! It was nice to see pics of everyone and seeing how many miles they ran. Yes, I run cause I'm a running junky and I love my addiction!
