NYC Marathon Here I Come!

I had my last long distance run here in my hometown and ran 12 miles yesterday.  I plan to work on more stretching this week and continue to work on cross training.  I will continue to keep my nutrition the same.  A lot of runners worry about gaining weight this last week before the marathon and eat less.  However, you need to make sure you continue to keep your calorie intake the same in your to perform your best on race day.  Otherwise you might bonk at mile 20.

This is going to be a fun trip no matter what because I'm sharing it with Fabian and friends this year!
