Hill Runs

It's two weeks before I run Cowtown Half Marathon.  This is the second time I run this.  Cowtown was my first half-marathon ever last year and never thought I'd become a marathon runner before that.  It's a hilly run and know what to expect.  I plan to try and beat my time from last year and feel that I have built up my endurance and speed since last year.  I ran 11 miles this past Saturday and practiced on hills.  My pace was about a 8:07 per mile.  I just hope I can keep that up two more miles with hundreds of people racing with me.  I plan to run 12 miles and work on more hills next weekend so, we'll see how I do.
